Pearland Water customers are being asked to visit a new service portal and sign up after the new platform is completed.
Pearland Water has recently upgraded to Advanced Metering Infrastructure, or AMI.
The new customer service portal will provide hour-by-hour insights into customers’ water use, the ability to create text, email, or phone call alerts when water use reaches a set limit, various bill payment options, and leak detection alerts.
The new system prompts customers to create an account and re-enter payment information.
