The Clear Creek ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved the 2024-2025 employee compensation package at the Regular Meeting on July 22nd, 2024.
This will result in a 3% raise for teachers and professional staff and a 4% raise for non-exempt staff. Those on a Teacher Salary Schedule who reach a five-year tenure mark will see a total increase of 6.9%-8%.
The Board also approved an increase in stipends for various academic, fine arts, and athletics positions and a $11 monthly increase in the District’s contribution for all health insurance plans. The starting salary for teachers will now be $62,500.
“People are always at the forefront of our purpose and our promise to the community,” said Superintendent of Schools Dr. Karen Engle. “I am grateful to the Board of Trustees for their commitment and heartfelt recognition of our team’s hard work and dedication to our mission.”
These changes will go into effect on September 1st, 2024.
