Pearland ISD Council of PTAs’s Swap Shop and Community Closet will be open for exchanges or vouchers from 10 a.m. to noon on Sept. 7.
The shop is located at 7343 Bailey Road. The clothing to be exchanged should be clean and in good condition with no tears, stains, or missing buttons.
Upcoming Swap Shops are also set for 6 to 8 p.m. on Sept. 17; from 10 a.m. to noon on Oct. 5; from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 15; from 10 a.m. to noon on Nov. 2; from 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 19; from 10 a.m. to noon Dec. 7 and from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 17.
Donations of gently used, dress-code-appropriate clothing, shoes, new socks or underwear, backpacks, and lunch kits are welcome, as the swap shop also provides items through a voucher program for families in need. Vouchers are available by contacting the campus nurse, counselor, or principal.
