Shadow Creek Defeats Dobie football 56-15

The Shadow Creek Sharks rolled over the Dobie Longhorns 56-15 Friday night for homecoming at Freedom Field.  Receiver Chris Stewart led the Shark attack with 246 total yards (93 receiving, 20 kickoff returns, and 133 punt returns) and 4 touchdowns, 2 of which were on punt returns.  Quarterback Joseph Stewart Jr. continued to excel with a 153.9 QB rating on 13 of 18 for 279 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Stewart also added a rushing touchdown to his stats.  Triston Willis added 2 rushing touchdowns for the Sharks, while Rahim Hutchins pulled in a touchdown pass to finish Shadow Creek’s scoring.

Defensively, Tommy Baker led the Sharks with 6 total tackles.  Shadow Creek’s defense combined for 39 tackles, including 4 sacks for a loss of 7 yards.
