VFW Post 7109 is holding a Veteran’s Day Barbecue Cook-off Nov. 8-9 at the post, 4202 Walnut Drive.
The IBCA-sanctioned event includes chicken half, spare ribs, and brisket. The entry fee is $200 per team. Categories include pinto beans and Bloody Mary for $20 entry per event.
