AgriLife continues the canning series

The County AgriLife Extension Office continues its 2025 “Oh, Yes You Can” series with a 10 a.m. presentation on pressure canning meats on March 8

The $35 fee for the class includes materials, and the extension office is located at 21017 County Road 121 in Angleton. 

The series will include dehydration on March 29, sourdough on May 3, fermentation on May 17, Tomatoes: Under Pressure on June 21, “Ready, Set, Sell” food handlers’ session on July 26, and jams and jellies on September 13. All sessions begin at 10 a.m. and cost $35.
