Alvin ISD’s Teacher of the Year Banquet will be held at Iowa Colony High School on May 9.
It will honor five secondary and six elementary-level teachers. Retirees and employee service awards will also be given at the banquet.
Two teachers will be selected as the district-level Teachers of the Year. A reception is set for 5 p.m., with the program beginning at 6 p.m.
