CARTERCREST REPLAT NO. 1 (PLAT 23-00073)
Notice is hereby given that on August 7, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Pearland, Counties of Brazoria, Harris and Fort Bend, Texas, will conduct a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 3519 Liberty Drive, Pearland, Texas, at the request of Scott Sheridan, the applicant; on behalf of Bateman Dwight Jr and Michael Edward Rhame, owners; for approval of a partial Replat of Cartercrest subdivision creating 2 lots on 5.45 acres located between Dixie Farm Road and Buckholt Road, to wit:
A subdivision being comprised of all of Lot 2 (237,357 sq. ft. or 5.45 acres) of Cartercrest Replat No. 1, A subdivision of Brazoria County, Texas, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in the clerks file No. 2015003638 of the Plat record of Brazoria County, Texas

At said hearing all interested parties shall have the right and opportunity to appear and be heard on the subject.
